The Celtic Challenge Management Group has appointed Regent Advisory as the competition’s central services provider, marking a significant step in the ongoing development and professionalisation of the ultimate women’s cross-border rugby competition.
This appointment marks the newest development of the Celtic Challenge, bringing dedicated management consulting and strategic advisory expertise into the heart of the competition’s operations. Regent Advisory will work under the direction of the CCMG, supporting the Welsh Rugby Union, Irish Rugby Football Union and Scottish Rugby across the operational strands of the league.
The scope of this appointment reflects the growing scale and ambition of the Celtic Challenge. Regent Advisory will lead on the league’s day-to-day competition management, including competition regulations, minimum operating standards, fixture administration, and day-to-day operational support. The firm will also take charge of the league’s marketing and communications, managing the Celtic Challenge website and social channels in collaboration with the competing clubs and the three home unions. Across broadcast and production, Regent Advisory will coordinate and align all appointed partners to ensure the league’s broadcast and production requirements are met consistently throughout the season. The firm will also work with the CCMG on strategic planning for both the current season and the future of the competition.

The 2026/27 Celtic Challenge season will begin in December 2026.
