Celtic Challenge Announces Partnership with the BBC for 2024/25 Season

The Celtic Challenge can today confirm a continuation of the partnership with the BBC for the forthcoming 2024/25 season. This collaboration will bring unparalleled exposure of the league through the BBC’s extensive platforms, offering fans across Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland even greater access to live matches, highlights, and in-depth coverage.

As part of this agreement, Celtic Challenge matches will be streamed live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website. 

Live coverage on the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport Website begins with the derby match between Edinburgh Rugby v Glasgow Warriors on Friday, 20thDecember at 19:35 live from the Hive Stadium, Edinburgh.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward for the Celtic Challenge, allowing us to reach a wider audience and enhance the profile of the league across the UK,” said Josh Payne on behalf of the Celtic Challenge.

In addition to the live broadcasts, the BBC’s coverage across platforms will include results, news stories, analysis, and highlights of key moments throughout the season.
